International Retreat in Croatia

We have hosted Women’s Retreats in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Bali, Morocco and next up we have Croatia!

‘The Adriatic Escape Retreat; Yoga, Pilates, Nature, Culture and Adventure’.

Our Croatia retreat is from October 9-17th 2027 where we will spend four nights in Dubrovnik and four nights in Split.

Over the 9 days together, we will enjoy our time by sea kayaking around the city walls, enjoying an Elaphiti islands boat tour (lunch on the boat), a guided tour in old town Dubrovnik, oyster tasting, wine tasting as well as Krka National Park where we will have a walking and boat tour and lots of free time to explore in Split. This is a Yoga and Pilates Retreat and so we will start and end our days with intentional daily movement.

The price includes taxes, your stay, transportation, breakfasts and dinners, excursions listed in the itinerary below. Lunch included on the boat tour and oysters included on the transportation day from Dubrovnik to Split.

Flights are extra as well as travel insurance which is highly recommended.

Cancellation policy:

Deposit is non-refundable.

A refund for 100% of the remaining tour payment will be granted if cancellation is received 60 days or more before departure.

A refund for 50% of the remaining tour payment will be granted if cancellation is received 45-59 days before departure.

Cancellation 44 days or less before departure of first product or service in relevant booking is non-refundable.

Day 1: Arrival

Welcome circle to introduce everyone and free time, move through some yoga and unwind before bed.

Day 2: Yoga before breakfast at the hotel and then enjoy the day by ‘the old city’ for about 2 hours of a walking tour. Then we will enjoy the town from a different view as sea kayak around the City Walls with dinner back at the hotel. End the day with a restorative yoga flow.

Day 3: Early morning Pilates and breakfast at the hotel to wake us up before this full fun day of soaring the Elaphiti Islands for the day. Lunch is included on the boat. Dinner once we are back at the hotel and end the night with a restorative yoga.

Day 4: Morning Yoga and a day to just flow.. wander the streets around the hotel, swim in the ocean.. this is a day for you to do as you please. Breakfast and dinner is at the hotel though.

Day 5: Traveling to Split.. we will start our day slow with breakfast and yoga and pack up our things.. on the way to Split we will stop for an oyster and wine tasting excursion on a boat. Once we arrive in Split we will get settled in and then have our dinner and bedtime yoga.

Day 6: Free day to explore Split. Morning Pilates followed by breakfast and then you can spend your day roaming the ancient streets and Diocletian’s Palace by foot, walk to or sit near the water, enjoy your day as you please, we are happy to share recomendations. Dinner is back at the hotel followed by a night time yoga.

Day 7: Early Morning Yoga, Breakfast and then we head to Krka Waterfalls National Park enjoy a walking tour of the park with a local boat transfer. Following the park visit we will visit a local winery and experience wine tasting at a local estate. Once we return in the evening, we will have dinner and do a night time yoga to help us relax.

Day 8: Free day to wander and explore Split. We will have Pilates in the morning before breakfast and Yoga in the evening after dinner. Take your day as you please, walking around the parks and cafes. This will be our final evening together, so we will have a closing circle and share goodbyes and chat about the highlights.

Day 9: Yoga in the morning before breakfast and then we pack up to go to the Airport. If anyone is staying longer, just let us know where you will be heading.
