Chelsi

Owner/Head Trainer

Chelsi is a certified Personal Trainer with 5 years of experience in the industry. She studied Fitness and Health Promotion at Conestoga College and is a certified Trainer and Fitness Instructor through Ontario Fitness Council (OFC). After college Chelsi became certified through Precision Nutrition as she believes that you cannot outperform a bad diet. This is her way of helping her clients to her greatest potential.

Chelsi has a very functional approach to training using a lot of body weight as well as weight lifting. She pairs her background in fitness and nutrition, while also incorporating mindset to provide her clients with an overall lifestyle change. The three together, help you take small, meaningful steps towards a healthy lifestyle that results in weight/fat loss, increase in strength and overall confidence.


Angela

Personal Trainer & Class Coverage

Angela has certifications as a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as an Honours BA in Psychology. Her certifications combined with the experience Angela has from her own fitness journey enable her to successfully coach clients to make lasting healthy changes to their lifestyle.

Angela got into the fitness world in her 30s when she wanted to lose weight, and develop an active, healthy lifestyle. Her own journey helped shape her belief in a balanced and practical approach to fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing. She enjoys training clients in a variety of methods including functional training, kettlebells, and barbell lifts. Angela has a passion to help women feel confident in the gym, and destroying the myths about women who lift heavy.Insta: @angelaardith

Amanda

Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach

Amanda Otterman, RN, Certified Personal Trainer, and Medical Fitness Certificate in Obesity. I’m Married and a mother and stepmother to 5 kids. With over 21 years of nursing experience working with chronic illnesses across the age spectrum, found my passion for health and fitness with my own weight loss success losing over 100 lbs naturally with diet and exercise. With always being a position to help others, I now have desire to help others with their fitness goals, looking to lose any amount of weight, avoid chronic health issues and feel comfortable in their own bodies and start living their best lives.

Britt

Fitness Coach & Spin Instructor

Meet Britt, your fitness enthusiast! Britt’s passion for fitness developed early on as a competitive athlete, which continued into adulthood when she studied Kinesiology. Following University years, Britt took on a role as a personal trainer, which further welcomed opportunities to teach aquafit, pre/postnatal & bootcamp classes. Over the past two years, Britt has geared her focus towards group fitness classes and has been loving every minute of it! She aspires to equip clients with skills and knowledge to achieve their fitness and health goals, all while having fun!

Danielle

Yoga Instructor

Danielle recently completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Atlas Yoga Studio, but has been practicing yoga for 8 years as part of her healing journey. She approaches each yoga class as an opportunity for exploration and discovery of the connection between mind-body and spirit. With a background in respiratory therapy and holistic healing, Danielle combines her knowledge of the importance of breath and integration of the natural healing processes of the body to each class.

Alisha

Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach

Alisha has been in the fitness industry for 12 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, but health and fitness has always been a part of her life. Her mission is to inspire her clients to move towards a realistic, healthy relationship with their bodies and minds, employing a holistic approach to achieving goals. With certifications in Postural Assessment and Correction, Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Primal Movement Patterns, TRX and more; Alisha constantly pursues new information and education to best service her clients. With unencumbered enthusiasm, Alisha’s goal is to ensure clients and members WANT to come in for sessions.

Tristan

Kids Sports Coach, Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach

Tristan is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. His background in fitness started through sports as a teen. This developed his love of fitness and his passion in coaching kids and his passion for strength training. Tristan’s focus to training is a strength focused approach. 

Emily

On Call Fitness Coach

Emily is a certified Fitness Coach who also, like Sherri, loves to run! They are our cardio loving coaches! Emily currently covers our Small Group and Bootcamp classes.

Robyn

Fitness Coach

Robyn is a certified Fitness Coach, who we actually found through her old business ‘Fiit Collective’. Robyn coaches our HIIT and Wildcard Fitness class as well as coverage when needed. She also loves cardio, you will definitely feel the burn and sweat in her classes!

Meg

Yin Yoga Instructor

Meg is a certified Yoga Instructor who teaches every other Sunday Yin with us. She loves to flow her way through class in a peaceful, graceful way.

Kween

Dance Coach

Kween has joined us all the way from Guelph! Friday nights you will find her in Studio B offering a Carribean Jam followed by a range of other pop-up style dance classes we add in. She is also one of the founders of Heels Academy Dance in Guelph!

Sherri

On Call Fitness Coach

Sherri is a certified Fitness Coach and has been with Whole Health for many years now! Sherri used to teach our Wednesday spin but as her love of running developed, she became super busy with training for all the marathon’s she runs in (she’s going for Olympics!!). She is also a hockey coach and just loves all things fitness! You mostly find her covering Spin but sometimes our Stretch or Strength classes as well!
